Status
The expert in Real Estate “FNAIM” is an independent organization whose job is to decide, impartially and accurately,
the market value and / or rental of a property, a fund trade or business.
The expert in real estate must provide proof of professional liability insurance.
- He intervenes on the targets of real estate. Assessment, the legal separation of properties, donations,
inheritance, shares, expropriations ... As part of his mission, he may be appointed by the courts of justice. - Planning, Legal, fiscal and technical components… all sort of activities of the expert rely on sophisticated
and complex skills that he takes into account for determining the value of a property in a market which is
sometimes small and often specific. - For public health reasons, his missions also include the certification of diagnostic techniques and research
of asbestos, lead, termites ... - The expert report presented to the prescriber / consumer is prepared using a methodology resulting from
commitments made in the Charter of expertise in property evaluation. - The expert in real estate must make clear his mission to his client: This letter tells you in great detail the extent
of the mission, time and the costs and fees agreed.
Compensation
The fees are free but most experts fix their remuneration according to schedules (time spent on the mission) and
expenses incurred in carrying out their mission.
